Types of data processed
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, data on web contacts currently do not persist for more than 23 days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The personal data sent by the user through the optional, explicit and voluntary compilation of the forms on this site are processed for the following purposes: to manage his membership membership and his regular economic support to TAO and any services and benefits relating to such association and support. The legal basis of the processing is given by your membership, as a member, and by the implicit support for our Association and the pursuit of its statutory purposes.

Treatment methods
The processing of your personal data is carried out in compliance with the Italian and European regulatory framework for the protection of personal data.
The TAO Association will process your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case no later than 10 years from the date of registration as a member (the indicated term starts from each annual renewal), or until the moment in which you decides to exercise the right to revoke his membership to the Association and request the deletion of the data themselves, unless of course an obligation established by law, by a regulation or by community legislation requires its conservation (in the latter case intends that the data processing will take place only for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligation and no longer for the purposes referred to in this information) or the exercise of a right (or in any case a legitimate interest) of the Association itself does not require it conservation.
Sharing, communication and dissemination of data
The data collected may be transferred or communicated to other companies for activities strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the service, such as the management of the IT system. The personal data provided by users are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose. Outside of these cases, personal data will not be communicated unless contractually or legally required, or unless specific consent is requested from the interested party. In this sense, personal data could be transmitted to third parties, but only and exclusively in the event that: a) there is explicit consent to share the data with third parties; b) there is a need to share the information with third parties in order to provide the requested service; c) this is necessary to comply with requests from the Judicial or Public Security Authorities. No data deriving from the web service is disseminated.
Rights of interested parties
The legislation for the protection of personal data expressly provides for certain rights for the subjects to whom the data refers (so-called interested party). In particular, pursuant to articles 15 to 21 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, each interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning him, to obtain indication of the origin and of the purposes and methods of processing, the updating, rectification, integration of data as well as their cancellation if processed in violation of the law or if one of the reasons specified by Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 exists.
